An unstructured double-breasted seersucker jacket with a matching pair of shorts worn with a tank top, is probably as relaxed as a suit can get. For many, it might be a very controversial choice, but I think it works. The only thing is, it’s not very versatile and isn’t appropriate for many occasions.
