In the summer months, when it gets hot, I look for breathable and light materials that feel like I am not wearing anything. Most of the summer, I don’t even wear a tank top when I’m running outside because I get too hot too fast.

If you prefer more specific styles or prints, you will have to be more selective to get clothing that matches. Luckily most of the sportswear brands make most of the clothing in matching sets or collections, so you don’t have to put in too much effort to get a perfect matching set.

I try to make better choices when it comes to spending my money in all areas of my life from food to clothes, so it frustrating to realise that nearly all the top-quality performance gear is manufactured in China.
